We are looking for the right person to take the lead as Account Manager TMC to maximize market share for appointed TMC account portfolio. You will be responsible for driving sales for as well as deliver sales to all hotels within Carlson Rezidor Hotel group. You will be responsible for driving sales to all hotels within Carlson Rezidor Hotel group across.
You will be located in our HQ in central Stockholm and report to the Country Director of Sales Sweden as well as being part of our National sales team, developing revenue generation with our Yes I Can Spirit.
Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group is an exciting employer, operating 1000+ hotels in 70+ countries under known and diverse brands as Radisson Blu, Park Inn by Radisson, Radisson RED and Quorvus Collection. In the Nordics, Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group has 60+ hotels in operations with a new Nordic Sales & Marketing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue, primary transient and M&E, for national hotels and all hotels within Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group
- Develop and manage a selected TMC account portfolio across Sweden
- Proactively identifying revenue opportunities and establish new business sales contacts, relationships and revenue opportunities from clients
- Be part of relevant industry networks
- Develop knowledge of each account, its pipeline, supplier management and strategic focus
- Create consultative selling approach to maximize commercial opportunity for the hotels
- Ensure good communication and coordination with national account managers and area Sales Teams to support and assist handling enquiries and follow up on to win the lead
Required Skills and Experience:
- Previous, 4-5 years of Account Management experience within the hospitality, travel or service related industries
- University graduate qualification or equivalent
- Track record of exceeding assigned sales quotas, in contiguous, multiple years
- Excellent ability to communicate verbal and written, fluently and concisely in Swedish as well as English
- Ability to travel as and when request
- Desirable if you have previous experience of Salesforce.com or other CRM tools
