Are you highly motivated, results driven individual with a sense of urgency about achieving new sales? We are looking for the right person to be part of our National sales team in a new established role, as Telesales Executive. Your main task will be to drive sales in one of the most dynamic hotel chains Carlson Rezidor hotels group. As this position is a new role you will be part of building up this role and deliver revenue in an entrepreneurial way. The Telesales Executive will source and arrange appointments for the National Sales team through effective cold calling and proactive lead generation with our Yes I Can Spirit.

In the Nordics, Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group has 60+ hotels in operations with a new Nordic Sales & Marketing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify sales and revenue generating opportunities for our hotels within the Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group
- Proactively spotting leads as well as setup appointments for the Nordic sales team
- Achieve personal call and sales targets, on a daily basis
- To stay on top of industry trends, news and competitor activities
Required Skills and Experience:
Previous experience in a telemarketing / telesales environment
- Track record of exceeding assigned sales quotas, in contiguous, multiple years Experience of Salesforce.com or other CRM tools
- Able to communicate verbal and written, fluently and concisely in local language as well as English
- Desirable Experience of working with Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook
- Desirable Experience in working in multiple markets and/or multi-property Has got a passion to sell, close deals and deliver results. It’s all about YOU!
