Qatar Airways (QR) have embarked on an exciting transformation journey to change how we interact with our customers. As part of this journey, we are now recruiting for the role of Senior Sales Operations Agent for our Northern Europe Region, which includes 7 countries – Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Poland, Russia and Ukraine.
Provide five star service to Qatar Airways internal and external customers. Act as Qatar Airways product and process expert by supporting the team with daily complex sales operations tasks, including but not limited to Reservations and Ticketing, and Trade/Corporate Account support and ensuring that activities are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Specific accountabilities include:
- Act as product knowledge expert for trade support tasks, supporting in more complex tasks related to reservations & ticketing
- Be the primary person in following up with customers and trade partners on enquiries, requests.
- Handle all sales operations activities including (but not limited to) Reservations and Ticketing, Refunds and Trade/Corporate Account support
- Take primary responsibility within the department in the processing of refunds, issuance/reissuance of tickets, ensuring smooth handling of all cases within purview.
- Make new reservations and changes to existing reservations, quoting the correct fares and rules of carriage
- Support Travel Agencies with reservations related activities
- Communicate with customers or QR account managers for documentation completion
- Adhere to Qatar Airways Standard Operating Procedures (SoPs)
- Maintain and generate reports as required by reporting Line Manager.
- Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department.
- Support other departments, such as Groups and Sales support as directed by the Head of Department.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of job-related experience
- Experience in reservations/ticketing (tariffs, pricing, refunds, PNR history, TIMATIC etc.)
- Good knowledge of Amadeus
- PC literacy, including MS Office
- Strong problem-solving, relationship building and communication skills
- Fluency in English and Swedish (written and spoken) is essential
